Loup is a human-centered design and innovation consultancy that helps organizations listen to and learn from the people they serve. We believe in the power of deep listening, empathy, and human stories to drive innovation, impact, and lasting change.

We developed StoryEngine, a narrative-based methodology that draws on deep listening and participatory approaches. Most importantly, it recognizes that an interview is an experience — a touchpoint with an organization — and therefore an opportunity to build relationships, provide support, and make connections.

Loup has partnered with HIP to listen to their network, weave those insights into a strategic path, and craft a vision for the organization to create the Collective Corazon to advance Latinx issues in philanthropy and through out society.
